Trainings and Classes

Refund Possible for Courses That Have Not Begun You may request a partial refund if the training or course has not started within two days of your enrolment. The initial payment, less any administrative expenses, will constitute the refund amount.


General Terms

Please send your course refund request to Slaw.Solutions.
Refunds for partially completed courses will be granted within 10 business days of the written request's receipt.


Method of Payment

The original payment method will be used to give refunds for unstarted courses.


Exceptions

We may, on an individual basis, examine and modify the partial refund policy to account for extraordinary circumstances, such as technical difficulties that prohibit access to the course or other unanticipated events.
