This Agreement involves the confidential and proprietary information (“Confidential Information”) of Odrways Solutions Private Ltd, located in Pakistan, and the “Recipient.” The “Effective Date” is the date this Agreement is signed. Odrways Solutions Private Ltd is referred to as the “Company” or “Disclosing Party,” and any individual accessing the platform is the “Recipient.”
The Recipient is required to maintain the confidentiality of the Proprietary Information. This information may be shared among the Parties for the purposes of scoping, estimating, and completing projects for the Company and its clients.
“Confidential Information” includes all technical and non-technical information provided by Odrways, such as data, files, reports, accounts, products, services, processes, databases, plans, methods, research, development, programs, software, customer and vendor lists, marketing or advertising plans, reports, analyses, financial or statistical information, and any other business-related material.
The Recipient must not disclose any proprietary or confidential information, either directly or indirectly, at any time.
